IDB Project BH-11596:Preparation of Legal & Regulatory Framework for The Water & Sanitation Sector

The update to the water & sanitation sectors of The Bahamas was actualised through an Inter American Development Bank Project. Ferreira & Company prepared the legal and regulatory framework update for the water & sanitation sectors of The Bahamas by drafting the Water & Sanitation Act, Water & Sewerage Corporation (Amendment) Act and the Water & Sanitation Company Act.
