Ferreira & Company is not the average firm. It started with a passion for learning, justice and the environment. I always wanted to bring law and the environment together. At the age of twelve, I went on a trip to Andros Island, the largest of the Bahamian Islands and home to the third largest barrier reef in the world. While swimming one day I encountered a pod of dolphins, one of which came right up to me. I decided right then and there that this would be my life's work, my destiny. I first qualified as an Ecologist and then a Barrister In 2004, I founded Ferreira & Company, creating a firm which excelled in legal and environmental expertise. It is the embodiment of an unwavering commitment to The Bahamas and to our clients.
